HOMER SINCLAIR
Pomeroy - Homer Dorsel Sinclair, 72, of 1209 Carriage Hill, Athens , died Monday evening at O'Bleness Memorial Hospital.
He was the son of the late Issac and Mary Meeks Sinclair.He is survived by his wife, Violet: a daughter, Sharon Sinclair of Pomeroy; a son Jerry D. of Radcliff, and three grandchildren.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Homer Charles Sinclair, three sisters and a brother.
Services will be Friday at 3 p.m. at the Ewing Funeral Home. Burial will be in
Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Wednesday.
VIOLET GENEVA LANDERS SINCLAIR
Born June 27, 1926, in Meigs County , she was the daughter of the late John Radcliff and Grace Ellen Hudson Landers.
Mrs. Sinclair was a homemaker.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Karen Sinclair of Nelsonville; a daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and James McHaffie of Athens; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; eight sisters, Charlotte Harvesty and Jane Spradlin, both of Florida, Wanda Cooper of Columbus, Kate Landers, serving with the US Navy, joan Laudermilt of Wisconsin, Jean Parsons of California, Sandra Bolin of Plain City, and Sally Collins of Arizona; and two brothers, Robert Landers of Florida and Bert Landers of California.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in keath by her husband, Homer Darsel Sinclair, in 1981; and a son, Homer C. Sinclair.
Services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. At Bigony-Jordan Funeral Home in Albany , with james McHaffie officiating. Burial will be in Garden Cemetery in Shade.
Friends may call Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. At the funeral home.
